Refund policy

At Snackcidents, we guarantee you will love our products and will have a 100% yummy tummy.

If you're not in love with your order, we will put it right! Reach out, tell us what's up, and if it makes sense for the situation, we'll handle refunds and/or get a new order sent out to you right away.

Have your ice packs melted? Don't worry! Our dough has been lab-tested to be safe at room temperature for up to 3 weeks. Simply pop in the fridge or freezer to ensure it stays as fresh as possible.

Please contact support@snackcidents.com with feedback, questions, or concerns. Any refunds processed will be completed within 5-7 business days.

We hope you don't have to deal with any issues, but if you do - we will look after you and put things right!

What if I don't like Snackcidents?

Before you make any rash decisions, make sure you allow your cookie dough to come to room temperature, warm in the microwave for 20 seconds or bake into cookies —this really helps to enhance the flavours!

If you're still not blown away, please shoot us an email at support@snackcidents.com within 30 days of your purchase to request a refund (including shipping, if applicable). We can only offer refunds for your first try at a new flavour, and our refunds are limited to a 4 x 150g multi-pack per person.
